Spectacular Get-Together
Last month, Champion Spirit Country Club hosted an unforgettable get-together for our valued members, guests, and partners. It was a beautiful evening of celebration, entertainment, and excitement as our community came together for the first time.
We loved creating the opportunity for members to meet, interact, and forge new connections. Against the backdrop of our stunning property, there was something for everyone to enjoy, from the youngest members to the young at heart.
For our younger members, we organized a special Kids' Club featuring our state-of-the-art German-engineered air-track high ropes course, archery, and an enchanting evening under the stars around a crackling campfire. The night concluded with a movie screening at our outdoor theater, creating magical memories for our youngest adventurers.
As dusk fell, adults arrived via a torch and palm-lit pathway to our event space, transformed into a magical oasis with exquisite floral arrangements and twinkling lights. Guests were serenaded by the dynamic and seductive duo of Melanie & Philippe from the "Coco Band," flown in all the way from Paris.
The highlight of the evening was our first-ever boxing fight night, held in our open-air boxing ring. Guests were treated to four thrilling bouts showcasing the incredible talent of local Bahamian boxers, culminating with the title fight between Bahamian boxers Carl Hield and Anthony "Psycho" Woods. Carl Hield emerged victorious to the cheers of the crowd.
As the night drew to a close, fire dancers illuminated the sky with their mesmerizing performance, followed by a Bahamian Junkanoo rush-out by the Valley Boys, bringing the evening to a close.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our special guests, including renowned boxing coach Pedro Diaz, current WBC cruiserweight world champion Noel Mikaelian, Stefi Cohen who is one of the strongest female powerlifters in history, film producer and director turned boxer Tristan Hamm, and the teams from Vitruvia, Keiser, the Bahamas Boxing Federation, and the Bahamas Kickboxing Federation, Catalyst, the Valley Boys, and Wildflowers, whose contributions made this event truly spectacular.
